Refunds Policy, Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

  1. Online Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are made in the same form of currency used for the original purchase. For example, if the item were purchased with a credit card, the refund would be issued to the same credit used for the original purchase.

Returns and exchanges can only be made by mail. Please contact us, if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER

Merchandise: Merchandise must be returned within 7 days, unworn/unused for a full refund. Please include your receipt.

Vouchers: Refunds will not be given on Gift vouchers.

Golf: Refunds will be given on golf in accordance with our ‘4 Hole Policy’; any golfer who has to withdraw due to bad or rainy weather will receive a full refund if less than four holes have been played.

Please Allow 6-10 working days for delivery within Australia and 15-20 working days outside of Australia.
